Hotel pickup commences approximately 2.5 hours prior to sunrise however depends on how many transfers we have on the morning. You're advised on your pick up time the night before - details are on your flight confirmation which is emailed by Global Ballooning Australia upon booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Great experience, staff and pilot were brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. There were lots of opportunities to get involved with the setup and packing away which really completed the trip. We would absolutely recommend to anyone. Photos were provided by the pilot at the end which was an unexpected bonus and a very nice touch.

What an awesome experience the global ballooning team where very friendly and informative from the get go. The views and the breakfast at the balgowrie estate where first class all in all an excellent experience. Also big shout out the pilot Brian amd his team Nic and Olga such fun guys really made the day

Incredible experience! Very organised and welcoming operation. Loved helping set and pack up the balloon. Brian was the best pilot, mixing humour and expertise and making for a spectacular morning. The breakfast afterwards was delicious and we would highly recommend this experience.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Brian was our driver and he was fantastic. We helped with set up and pack up had a great flight over yarra valley perfect views and finished off with a yummy breakfast at Balgownie Estate. All staff were amazing friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience. Brian and the team were wonderful. The views were spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Would highly recommend to anybody. Drifting above the world was such a peaceful way to spend a sunrise!
