If booking for 6 adults, only 3 rooms will be unlocked.
For 10 adults, all 5 rooms will be unlocked.
For 14 adults, all rooms will be available, with 2 extra queen air mattresses and linen provided.
Please ensure the correct number of guests is added to your booking as bed preparation, linen, and supplies are provided based on this.
Exceeding the maximum number of guests will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. Full names and IDs for guests over 16 are required at the time of booking confirmation.
Important Notes:The bottom floor is tenanted long-term, with a separate entrance and shared pool access.
No Parties or Loud Music:
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. Security cameras are on-site. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
If any party occurs, extra cleaning fee and a penalty will be charged, followed by immediate eviction.
Noise Restrictions:
No noise between 10.00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property is in a quiet residential area, and any disturbance to neighbors is strictly prohibited.
Noise complaints after 10:00 PM will result in penalty deducted from the deposit.
Rubbish:
Please place all rubbish in the bins provided. Use the Red Bin for general waste and the Yellow Bin for recycling. No excess rubbish should be left on the property. If rubbish exceeds the bin capacity, guests are responsible for removing it.
