They are spread out on 5 acres of pristine beachfront land with no roads to cross.\n\nThe beach houses were designed using very effective passive cooling principles. Louvre and hopper windows assisted by ceiling fans promote cross ventilation, so you can enjoy the natural cooling breezes off the Coral Sea.
